Super Budget is a west coast fueled psych pop band, taking inspiration from all over. Featuring shoegaze tones and breakdowns, to psychedelic grooves, each song tries to give the listener something they haven’t heard before. Super Budget celebrates wonder and positivity, with an awareness of the forces that bring us away from that.
Blue Dirt Girl
Kathryn Sutherland formed Blue Dirt Girl in 2015 with long-time collaborators and fellow East Vancouver musicians Albert Klassen.
Blue Dirt Girl's EP "Nothing is as it was" dropped March 19th, 2021. The four track EP is a sharp left turn in the band's already diverse sound.

The cool sound of the trumpet combined with Nuevo Flamenco guitar and Latin percussion rhythms breathes new energy into Jazz standards and transforms Top 40 Pop songs into recognizable Jazz tunes.
Taylor Waters
Taylor started making music at just 12 years old as a way to deal with her anxiety and depression. What started as a way to express herself, quickly became a growing passion. Now at the age of 23, Taylor is fully pursuing her career in music. Taylor’s music is a mesmerizing blend of R&B and lullaby-pop mixed with powerful and unapologetic lyrics, creating a sound that is uniquely her own. In 2019, Taylor released her debut single “Little Sister”, a track that has become her biggest single to date, reaching over 150K streams on Spotify and landing on popular editorial playlists such as Spotify’s Indie Pop Chill Out, Chilled Pop Hits, and Happy Hits. One of her most recent releases, “No Excuses”, which also landed Spotify’s Indie Pop Chill Out playlist, showcases Taylor’s ability to empower and uplift others through her lyrics.
Eva Schubert
Eva Schubert is a singer and songwriter based in Vancouver, Canada. Inspired by jazz greats like Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and Nina Simone, blues icons like Etta James, and — perhaps improbably — Leonard Cohen, she writes in a diverse range of styles. Her first album, “Songs for a Ladies’ Man”, is full of songs with a classic jazz appeal. The album represents a partnership with producer Paul Claxton, whom she credits with a significant degree of mind reading, and a great deal of creativity.
Sarah Kennedy
Montréal-based, Vancouver-born jazz vocalist, and songwriter, Sarah Kennedy performs as a solo artist and as a bandleader. Known for her light and smooth vocal tone, her depth of emotional expression, and a cunning sense of humour, Sarah has performed in the TD international jazz festival and was interviewed by CBC's hot air for the 100th birthday of Ella Fitzgerald. During the pandemic she completed her Masters in Creative Arts Therapies at Concordia University in Montréal and incorporates music therapy perspectives into her performances.
Sarah Eské
Sarah Eské is an R&B/Pop singer originally from Vancouver, Canada. Listening to greats like Mariah Carey, Joss Stone, Lauryn Hill, Toni Braxton and Aretha Franklin have helped to craft her soulful voice. Always motivated to reach and inspire larger audiences, she has performed all across the globe, including Morocco, Egypt, Dubai, The Caribbean, Las Vegas, Cuba and her home country, Canada.
In May of 2015, Sarah Eské received the SAGE Foundation Award of Excellence for her contributions to Anti-Bullying and Youth Mental Health initiatives. Whether it’s the annual “Pink Shirt Day Ladies Luncheon” or “Mike and Manny’s” Olympic Ski Camp fund-raiser, Sarah continues to support community charity events. Most notably is the Amanda Todd Legacy Fund, The CKNW Orphan’s Fund, and the Battered and Abused Women of Vancouver’s Downtown East Side. She was also grateful to have been nominated for the Golden Owl awards in 2018.
Sarah has spent the past few years writing more raw material and collaborating with a variety of musicians for a number of new releases. She feels strongly that it is through music and the arts that we have the potential to bring people together. Fulfilling her dream and satisfying her passion for music is what continues to motivate Sarah Eské today. She is always looking for new opportunities to better her craft, to inspire and to continue to find solace in music.
Little Fox
LittleFox is a Vancouver-based band featuring the music of singer/multi-instrumentalist Alison Jenkins. Her first EP, Desire Lines, will be released in November 2021, with a full-length album to follow in 2022. Ranging from folk to bluegrass to blues, her original songs are about love, longing, and finding your way in strange times.

Kassandra Clack
Kassandra Clack is a tenacious country artist who is no stranger to radio buzz in both major and satellite radio markets. With her most recent involvement as a finalist in Canadian Music Week's Jim Beam 2021 Talent Search, Kassandra has enhanced her industry presence while telling stories from the heart.
Determined to further herself as a nationally syndicated country artist, her releases 'Buy My Own Beer', 'Stolen', and 'Are You With Me' were both added to SiriusXM's country rotation. In 2021, 'Buy My Own Beer' made its way to Yangaroo/DMDS' “Top 5 Country Downloaded” and “Most Active Indie” charts. Kassandra has been featured coast to coast on CBC Country Radio, JFRM, and Country 93.3.
Jeremy Price
Over the past three decades Vancouver-based musician Jeremy Price has built a reputation as a jazz flute specialist in Canada. His voice speaks the language of straight-ahead jazz with Brasilian and Latin sensibilities nurtured from several Banff Centre Jazz Orchestra editions, and musical associations with Hendrik Meurkens and more recently with Canadian flute icon Bill McBirnie under the banner Two Many Flutes.
Ashley Pater
Having performed over 105 shows in 2019 alone with her largest audience being of 100,000 people, Vancouver, Canada based R&B singer/songwriter Ashley Pater touches the hearts of her listeners through her music. Ashley’s award-winning songwriting combined with her soulful sultry voice, draws you into her story. She is the first artist to have three songs in the top twenty simultaneously on New Zealand charts. Ashley has been featured in Starbeat magazine, Business in Vancouver, Cloverdale Reporter, The Surrey Now Newspaper, Hope Standard Newspaper and many more. The Wanda Nowicki Trio

Retuning to Vancouver in 2004 she has played on a variety of stages including Vancouver International Jazz Festival, Pender Harbour Jazz Festival, Gibsons Jazz Fest, and Chemainus Jazz fest . Her trio is featured regularly at the swanky Sylvia Hotel lounge .
Her set list is unique but entirely accessible , bringing you lesser known gems of jazz covers, she also includes material from a few brilliant Vancouver song writers --Bernard Boulanger and David King.
This trio makes it their business to keep you entertained with an engaging stage presence.
The Hot Mammas
Dynamic, contemporary jazz vocal trio The Hot Mammas make magical music brimming with crystal-clear harmonies, rollicking rhythms and saucy, sweltering sound. The group is ignited by the larger-than-life personalities and synergy of seasoned entertainers and long-time friends Georgina Arntzen, Julie Brown and Mary Ella Young. The Elliot Freedman Group
Very, very good avant fusion” (Guitar Player magazine) captures the essence of The Elliot Freedman Group’s music: harmonically elegant, rhythmically muscular, and an uncompromisingly adventurous update on the electric jazz of the 1970s. Elliot, whose baritone guitars accentuate his innovative chordal work, is joined by bassist Ashin Richardson and drummer Paul Mason. Elliot will augment the group’s presentation of his own compositions with solo guitar performances of compositions by Keith Jarrett, Kenny Wheeler, Bill Evans, and others.

Small Opera
Small Opera is the brainchild of the multifaceted Jason Bienia. He gracefully weaves together a diverse array of genres to cultivate a refreshingly unique sound. In 2019 the musically lush and enthralling project Small Opera was born. The band consists of Jason, Shadi- Toloui- Wallace and the gifted Greg Coles on standup bass. Shadi has four impressive solo albums under her belt and was in the Vancouver based neo-funk band Tiny Havoc. They are joined by the gifted Greg Coles on standup bass, a professional jazz player who has played extensively and globally. He performs and writes music under the moniker Ecstatic Quiet, a powerful and innovative modular synth project. Small Opera are packed to the brim with depth, skill and diversity. Their extensive experience lends itself well to this wonderfully experimental project. The band name is inspired by “the grandiose nature of seemingly small moments.” Their music is both calming and dizzying, stirring up a slew of undiscovered emotions. Small Opera’s debut EP “New River” showcases their accessible complexity and poetic stylings. They are inspired by the charming campiness of David Lynch, the witty songwriting of local legend Destroyer and the heartstring plucking of Gord Downie’s solo recordings. Their music travels the intersection between art-rock and folk, it’s experimental but it knows where it's going. “New River” takes you on a scenic walk through their endlessly captivating sonic vision.
