The Winston Barta Quartet is an up and coming jazz ensemble made up of Colm Mcintosh on drums, Liam Doherty on guitar, Allison Lee on bass, and Winston Barta on clarinet and saxophone. The group met at the Vancouver symphony-orchestra School of Music, They have been playing at coffee shops around metro Vancouver, most notably, Trees Organic Coffee. The group presents a style of jazz that is fluid and precise and brings a different atmosphere to each performance.
