Emmett Jerome is a passionate young roots musician hailing from the foothills of southern Alberta. Growing up in a rural community, he became enthralled with the music of Doc Watson, Merle Travis, and Robert Johnson popular among local musicians. After spending his teenage years playing blues and country barrooms, Emmett made his move to Vancouver, where his sound has grown dramatically as he established himself as a top-tier performer. As a solo act, Emmett provides an exciting, free-flowing performance brimming with energy. As a duo or trio, he thrives in leading the band in emotional renditions of covers and originals alike.
