With a decade of performing in bands, writing music, and scoring films together, Ryley & Kaylar have become one of Vancouver's most prominent music duos and experts of vibe. Together they delight in throwing every genre into the blender, including jazz, RnB, funk, blues, hip-hop, classical, and pop, then turning the dial to maximum. The result is an intimate and relaxed reimagining of stripped down favourites from across the ages, infused with a unique blend of vintage simplicity and elegant modernity.

When not performing across the lower mainland as an instrumental duo, the two are often found lighting up the stage with rage-funk atomic dance party, Raincity.

The dynamic blues/roots duo Harris&DeBray is an offshoot of the popular Vancouver act Lesismore. Made up of singer Leslie Harris (vocals and percussion) and guitarist Curtis DeBray (acoustic guitar and vocals) it is wowing audiences in venues across the lower mainland with its hip renditions of traditional blues songs, some roots classics and new original music. Their first cd, “Passin’ Time” has been in the top 40 on Reverbnation’s Blues Chart ever since its release.

Tissa Rahim is an RnB songstress with a Middle Eastern flare. Tissa combines modern soul with her multi-generational background in Iranian music and deeply personal lyrics. Over the past three decades Vancouver-based musician Jeremy Price has built a reputation as a jazz flute specialist in Canada. His voice speaks the language of straight-ahead jazz with Brasilian and Latin sensibilities nurtured from several Banff Centre Jazz Orchestra editions, and musical associations with Hendrik Meurkens and more recently with Canadian flute icon Bill McBirnie under the banner Two Many Flutes.

Originally from Vancouver Ms. Nowicki started her music career in Los Angeles . Bar bands, jazz bands, and having the great pleasure of sitting in with Richard Berry and Big Jay McNeely

Retuning to Vancouver in 2004 she has played on a variety of stages including Vancouver International Jazz Festival, Pender Harbour Jazz Festival, Gibsons Jazz Fest, and Chemainus Jazz fest . Her trio is featured regularly at the swanky Sylvia Hotel lounge .

Her set list is unique but entirely accessible , bringing you lesser known gems of jazz covers, she also includes material from a few brilliant Vancouver song writers --Bernard Boulanger and David King.

This trio makes it their business to keep you entertained with an engaging stage presence.
