Clara is an eclectic jazz pianist and vocalist, born in Shenzhen, China, and now residing in Vancouver after spending most of her life in the United States. Her musical style is a vibrant fusion of cultural influences she has absorbed over the years.

Clara will be performing with her friend, cellist Emilio Suarez, at the 2nd Floor Gastown, showcasing a genre-defying duo performance that spans classical melodies to the rhythmic energy of old-school swing jazz and the bold creativity of fusion jazz.
