Eddy Currents is a folk artist often described as having a sound that is the mixture of Gordon Lightfoot and Eddie Vedder. Influenced heavily by the writings of Warren Zevon, Bruce Springsteen and Neil Peart, the eponymous debut album was released in 2020. Each of the album's songs were composed primarily on the piano and weave between genres throughout. The sounds of Folk, Celtic, Rock and Synth-pop can be found, where the only constant in the arrangements is the plangent, baritone lead vocal that narrates these distinctly human accounts.

The year 2021 saw the release of two singles, and the first five tracks off of his upcoming album, "Electric Minds" were released in 2023. These songs are finding placements on various Indie Folk streaming playlists and continue to build upon the distinct singer-songwriter styling introduced on the debut album, only this time with a heavier acoustic influence.

The 2nd Floor Gastown offers Live Music DAILY, open during Dinner Service from 6:00pm to 10:00pm 7 days a week and 11:30am to 2:00pm Saturday & Sunday for Brunch. There are two sets offered for each show; reservations are for one set. Guests may seat for both sets depending on availability and manager discretion.
