Pressley Murillo is a Vancouver-based Mexican-American vocalist and band leader in her fourth year of the Capilano University Jazz Studies program. With deep love and respect for the tradition of Black American Classical music, she draws inspiration from Iconic Jazz artists such as Sarah Vaughan, and Betty Carter and Latinx artists like Celia Cruz and Chavela Vargas, which influenced her growing up in Southern  California. You can find her in various Jazz venues around Vancouver like; Frankie’s Jazz Club,The Fairmont Hotel, Water St. Cafe, and Is That French?, Playing tunes from the great American songbook and Latinx songs from her childhood. 

The 2nd Floor Gastown offers Live Music DAILY, open during Dinner Service from 6:00pm to 10:00pm 7 days a week and 11:30am to 2:00pm Saturday & Sunday for Brunch. There are two sets offered for each show; reservations are for one set. Guests may seat for both sets depending on availability and manager discretion.
