Chen Baker is a jazz-adjacent project led by young Vancouver guitarist/composer Jeffery Chen. Ever since stepping into the local jazz scene in 2023, the group has become a recurring act at many iconic local venues, playing anything from traditional jazz to funk-fusion to soul-pop.
Joined by vocalist Nicola Brown and keyboardist Ben Rossouw for the night, the trio will be presenting two sets of music that covers a wide range of sub-genres under the jazz idiom.

The 2nd Floor Gastown offers Live Music DAILY, open during Dinner Service from 6:00pm to 10:00pm 7 days a week and 11:30am to 2:00pm Saturday & Sunday for Brunch. There are two sets offered for each show; reservations are for one set. Guests may seat for both sets depending on availability and manager discretion.
